Submissions

The Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy invites submissions for forthcoming issues and our online publication Sua Sponte.

Along with any manuscript submission, please include a curriculum vitae and an explanation of the manuscript’s subject matter and why it should be published in the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy. Please also disclose any economic interests or affiliations that may influence the views expressed in the submissions. Manuscripts from legal scholars or JD practitioners should be at least 15,000 words, align with the Journal’s mission, and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation

Manuscripts may be e-mailed as a Microsoft Word attachment to wfulawpolicyjournal@gmail.com. Manuscripts can also be sent through Scholastica. Unless the author otherwise requests, the Journal will respond to electronic submissions via e-mail.
