Membership

Students may seek membership after completion of their first year of Wake Law. To become a member of the Journal, a student must participate in the Write-On Competition.

The Write-On Competition is held annually after the completion of the spring semester for first-year students and the beginning of the fall semester for transfer students.  During the competition, applicants complete a casenote and a Bluebook exercise. Successful first-year applicants will be notified over the summer and start membership duties in the fall semester. Successful transfer applicants will be notified in September/October of the fall semester and will start membership duties immediately.

If you have any questions about becoming a member, please do not hesitate to contact us, at wfulawpolicyjournal@gmail.com.
